About The Position

This role is for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator responsible for managing the claims process with accuracy and timeliness. In this high-volume role, the ideal candidate should be analytical, work independently, be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously, possess strong communication skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. The salary for this position is $42,000 and requires working on-site 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience and/or 1-2 years accounting experience.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Excellent Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft suite programs.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
  • Timely: Ability to manage deadlines and process claims promptly.
  • Outstanding Work Ethic: Demonstrated commitment to responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, written, oral, and demonstrated group presentation.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Written and Verbal): Ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

  • Extremely Analytical: Strong aptitude for analyzing information and thinking critically through claim submission while applying practical judgement.
  • Preferred Experience in Supply Chain Process: Knowledge and experience in supply chain operations related to claims.
  • Reading Comprehension: Ability to understand and articulate the structure of complex documents.
  • Access, GP Dynamics ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process claims, ensuring accuracy, timely adjudication, and maintaining detailed records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues and assist in reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, respond to inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and liaise with external parties promptly.
  • Gather, analyze, validate, and record claims data, analyze fraud claims, and maintain knowledge of policies and regulations. Support audits and maintain data privacy.
  • Demonstrate experience and ability to manage a high volume of claims within the supply chain, effectively coordinating with vendors and proactively tracking progress through resolution.
  • Organize and maintain claim files.
