About The Position

The Chesterman Company, an independent Coca-Cola Bottler serving the Midwest since 1872, is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing cold drink sales through telecommunications with existing customers. The company operates 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

Requirements

• High-School Diploma/GED
• Bilingual
• 1+ years general sales experience required
• 2 years customer service experience required
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisor

Nice To Haves

• Call Center experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service support averaging 90-120 service calls daily
• Call upon existing customers to receive their beverage orders
• Handle routine customer service inquiries
• Update computerized data entry systems as necessary
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
