About The Position

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative fluent in Spanish and English to join their Business Development Center (BDC). This role involves handling outbound service calls for the company's dealerships in Florida. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success.   • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Ability to process data and organize it for management analysis
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute rate, ratio, percent, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages) and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, including detailed but uninvolved instructions
  • Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale throughout the organization
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
  • High school diploma or the equivalent and one year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service calls
  • Record and relay basic vehicle information
  • Offer price quote ranges for services requested
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer basic maintenance questions
  • Make outbound confirmation calls
  • Connect customers with service advisors
