About The Position

This is a seasonal opportunity for a Bilingual Branch Recruiter in Allentown, PA. The role involves finding great people great jobs by utilizing creative thinking, marketing skills, and people skills to attract and interview candidates. The recruiter will also be responsible for conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get candidates to work. Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience a plus!
• Ability to manage multiple clients on a daily basis.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract great people.
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
• Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
• Build a pipeline of people and impact order fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.
