Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience a plus!
- Ability to manage multiple clients on a daily basis.
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
- Ability to assist onsite.
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract great people to work.
- Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community.
- Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
- Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get candidates to work.
