About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a staffing agency branch and ensure the delivery of exceptional staffing services. The manager will lead recruiters and support staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to the agency’s strategic development and growth. Staffing-industry experience is not required; training is provided. Compensation is $50,000 plus 2% OI.

Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
Experience leading a small team.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Regular and reliable on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

Oversee and assist with branch operations, including recruitment, temporary employee placement, on-call rotations, and accurate record keeping.
Manage branch employees and ensure goals, operating procedures, and performance metrics are met.
Create branch financial reports.
Ensure superior customer service for all clients.
Meet sales goals and drive market and revenue growth.
Oversee client relationships, communicate regularly, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
Facilitate the transition of new clients from the sales representative to the branch.
