Fred Anderson Automotive Group is looking for Bilingual Sales Consultants for our Toyota of Cape Coral Site. We are looking for energetic and outgoing personalities with a proven track record of customer service to deliver a quality, professional, and welcoming vehicle-buying experience to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills, the ability to build rapport across cultures, and the fluency to seamlessly guide customers through the sales process in their preferred language. Requirements

• Bilingual Fluency: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build rapport with others and connect with the local community
• Strong listening skills
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated sales guide and translator for our Spanish-speaking customers
• Provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis in both English and Spanish
• Help meet dealership sales goals through community networking and business development
• Adhere to sales procedures from start to finish, ensuring terms, features, and financing are clearly understood
• Address customer concerns with a strong focus on empathy and customer service
• Follow safeguard rules and regulations
• Maintain a positive attitude
