About The Position

Demant Canada is seeking an audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to join their Audiology & Training team. This is a remote, home-based role for a candidate located anywhere in Canada. The successful candidate will provide audiological phone support to customers, including fitting, troubleshooting, software assistance, and instrument selection. They will also conduct technical product reviews and collaborate with Sales and Training teams, with a possibility of some travel. The role involves participation in seminars, workshops, and product launches.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialization
  • 2+ years experience within a clinical environment
  • Knowledge of NOAH and manufacturer software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
  • Experience in selection and fitting of Hearing Instruments and FM systems
  • Testing, fitting hearing aids, programming software and verification equipment
  • Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and negotiation skills
  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Bilingual in English and French, written and verbal is mandatory
