Requirements

  • Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven keyboarding skills with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to correspond concisely with internal teams
  • Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of work

Responsibilities

  • Input and prepare life and critical illness insurance applications and contracts, while performing self-checks to ensure accuracy prior to quality control.
  • Print, bind and assemble contracts, review and index all documents received from advisors and clients.
  • Triage and prioritize emails received in a shared inbox from advisors and various internal and external sources, ensuring timely routing, follow-up and resolution.
  • Prepare, package and mail medical information and letters to insurance companies and clients, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and compliance with mailing standards.
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity of 98% or better, using the online reference tool, job aids, and Excel tracking reports.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, self-motivation and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, with availability for overtime.
  • Conduct daily research to identify gaps and potential issues, while managing client service needs and expectations.
