About The Position

As a Mobily Assistant Store Manager, you will help set an example for the team and lead and inspire a sales team to provide outstanding customer service, build customer loyalty, and support the growth of individual goals and the brand. The role focuses on teaching and coaching on the sales floor and helping sales staff expand their knowledge of phones, accessories, and plans. You will assist the Store Manager with store functions in their absence and with day-to-day store operations.

Requirements

• One year of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive and commissioned sales.
• One year of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all store functions when the Store Manager is absent.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations, including targeted sales achievement, merchandising and promotional activities, customer service and retention, audits, employee training, inventory management, cash handling, reconciliations, deposits, customer satisfaction measured by surveys, and store safety and security.
• Teach and coach employees on the sales floor.
• Help sales staff expand their knowledge of phones, accessories, and plans.
• Lead and inspire the sales team to provide outstanding customer service and build customer loyalty.
