About The Position
Mobily is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Store Manager to help lead a wireless retail sales team and deliver outstanding customer service. The role helps set an example for the team and supports customer loyalty, sales growth, and the expansion of the brand. The Assistant Store Manager focuses on teaching and coaching employees on the sales floor and helping sales staff build their knowledge of phones, accessories, and plans. The position also assists the Store Manager with store operations and management, including when the Store Manager is absent.
Requirements
- One year of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive sales processes and commissioned sales.
- One year of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of store functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations.
- Support targeted sales achievement.
- Support merchandising and promotional activities.
- Support customer service and retention.
- Assist with audits.
- Train employees.
- Manage inventory.
- Handle cash, reconciliations, and deposits.
- Support customer satisfaction as measured by surveys.
- Help maintain store safety and security.
- Teach and coach sales staff on the sales floor.
- Inspire sales staff to expand their knowledge of phones, accessories, and plans.
