About The Position
As a Mobily Assistant Store Manager, you will help set an example for the team and lead and inspire a sales team to provide outstanding customer service, build customer loyalty, and support the growth of personal goals and the brand. The role focuses on teaching and coaching on the sales floor and helping sales staff expand their knowledge of phones, accessories, and plans. You will assist the Store Manager with store functions in their absence and with day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- One year of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive sales processes and commissioned sales.
- One year of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing store functions in their absence.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including targeted sales achievement.
- Support merchandising and promotional activities.
- Support customer service and retention.
- Assist with audits.
- Train employees.
- Manage inventory.
- Handle cash, reconciliations, and deposits.
- Support customer satisfaction as measured by surveys.
- Support store safety and security.
- Teach and coach on the sales floor and help sales staff build knowledge of phones, accessories, and plans.
