About The Position
Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Surface Experts of Hialeah-Miami Gardens is our newest branch, giving new hires the chance to grow alongside the business. Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour. No experience needed. We will train you fully.
Requirements
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Problem-solving attitude and the desire and willingness to learn and embrace feedback
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience in a trade like painting, auto body, cabinetry, or flooring, or even as a personal hobby
Responsibilities
- Repair damaged surfaces on-site using our 5-step process, from countertops and cabinets to tubs and floors
- Match colors and finishes so each repair disappears into the surface
- Problem-solve each job with creativity, since no two pieces of damage are the same
- Deliver world-class service to tenants and property management staff, building the relationships that bring us repeat business
- Spot additional repairs during walk-throughs and point them out when they help the customer
