About The Position

We’re hiring a Bilingual Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who wants outstanding work-life balance, a four-day workweek, and the opportunity to provide high-quality primary care in a well-established outpatient practice. You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role providing comprehensive care to adult patients ages 17 and older. You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team with dedicated administrative time that can be completed remotely. You’ll practice in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, a vibrant community known for its thriving arts and dining scene, outdoor recreation, and convenient access to both the mountains and other major North Carolina cities.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in North Carolina
• At least one year of primary care experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Comfortable performing minor office procedures or interested in expanding those skills
• Enjoy relationship-based outpatient primary care and working as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients ages 17 and older.
• Work alongside an experienced clinical team.
• Perform minor office procedures or expand those skills.
