About The Position

We're hiring an Advanced Practice Provider who wants schedule flexibility, outstanding loan repayment opportunities, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients in a collaborative outpatient practice. You'll provide comprehensive primary care at outpatient clinics in both Fitchburg and Leominster while working alongside experienced physicians and a supportive multidisciplinary team. You'll have the flexibility to choose from 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts while practicing at the top of your license in a mission-driven, team-based environment.

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Hold or can obtain a Massachusetts license and DEA registration
• Enjoy relationship-based outpatient primary care
• Value teamwork, flexibility, and provider autonomy

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care at outpatient clinics in Fitchburg and Leominster.

• Participate in a phone-only call rotation.
