About The Position

We’re hiring a Bilingual Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who wants outstanding work-life balance, a four-day workweek, and the opportunity to provide high-quality primary care in a well-established outpatient practice. You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role providing comprehensive care to adult patients ages 17 and older. You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team with dedicated administrative time that can be completed remotely. You’ll practice in Greensboro, North Carolina, a growing community known for its parks, restaurants, affordable cost of living, and convenient access to Charlotte and Raleigh.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in North Carolina.
• At least one year of primary care experience.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Comfortable performing minor office procedures or interested in expanding those skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients ages 17 and older.
• Perform minor office procedures or expand those skills.
• Engage in relationship-based outpatient primary care.
• Work as part of a collaborative team.

Benefits

• Base salary: $105,000–$150,000.
