Bilingual Adoption & Change Management Consultant
About The Position
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Change Management Consultant to work with our Modern Workplace Collaboration team. Our team focuses mainly on the Microsoft 365 space, including Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and all the other goodies which live in that world. We do projects that range from migrating thousands of users to the cloud, to helping companies build out their SharePoint Online meta-tagging strategy, to rolling out Microsoft Copilot, to helping clients plan and execute their security roadmap. As a Consultant II, you will provide support and guidance to our clients around Adoption and Change Management, as well as Organizational Change Management. You will deliver training and workshops to our clients, providing training on various solutions within Microsoft 365 to our clients and their end users. You will also develop and deliver adoption plans, develop materials, presentations, and documentation, drive new offering development, and work with our technical consultants and architects on projects ranging from small to large. You will also be expected to skill up in areas where we have a need. This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. Requirements
- Comfortable leading workshops and interfacing directly with clients
- Bilingual in English and French (Written and Spoken)
- Ability to develop professional looking PowerPoint and Word documents
- Expert or near expert level at using AI, specifically Copilot, to elevate your work and be more efficient
- Obsessed with delivering what you promise on time and on budget
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Comfortable being the main point of contact with client facing engagements
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and engaging with them in a meaningful way to provide value to our clients
Responsibilities
