Responsibilities
- Deliver food (food runner): Bring dishes from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately. Ensure plates match the order and presentation standards. Communicate with kitchen staff and servers about orders.
- Clear and reset tables (busser): Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly. Wipe down tables and sanitize surfaces. Reset tables with clean silverware, napkins, and glassware.
- Support servers: Refill water, bread, or beverages. Assist with guest requests when needed. Help maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Maintain cleanliness: Keep dining room, service stations, and restrooms tidy. Take out trash and manage dish return areas. Polish silverware and restock supplies.
