About The Position

Topgolf is a high-energy sports entertainment venue where every shift is different, every guest brings their own energy, and the people who work here make it all happen. We are seeking a Service Support team member who brings hustle, hospitality, and a great attitude to every shift. You’ll be the support system that keeps the guest experience running smoothly — delivering food and drinks, keeping bays clean, preparing beverages, and helping wherever the team needs you most. Requirements

• Experience in a service, hospitality, or food and beverage environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 16 years of age or older as required by state or local law.
• Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and moving continuously throughout the venue floor and multi-level bay areas; this role requires sustained physical stamina and consistent pace throughout the duration of each shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds independently, including food and beverage trays, bussing tubs, supply bins, and equipment across multiple levels of the venue.
• Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, and multi-level areas of the venue while transporting food, beverages, and bussed items throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperature and weather environments on a frequent basis, including outdoor and partially outdoor bay areas, beverage stations, and air-conditioned indoor spaces.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions including carrying trays, bussing dishes, preparing beverages, and stocking supplies throughout the shift.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a high-energy, high-volume venue environment that may include moderate to high levels of background noise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume floor environment while maintaining focus, service standards, and cleanliness under pressure.
• Being Resilient: You stay fast, positive, and guest-focused even when the floor is busy and the team needs you everywhere at once. Remains calm and professional during peak service, high-volume events, and unexpected challenges. Recovers quickly when things go sideways and helps the team do the same. Manages the heat, literally and figuratively, without letting pressure affect the team's performance or morale. Brings the same energy and care to the last delivery of the night as to the first.
• Communicates Effectively: You stay in sync with your team, speak up when something needs attention, and help keep the floor running as one unit. Listens to direction from Bay Hosts and management and acts on it quickly and accurately. Communicates with teammates about delivery timing, bay readiness, and stock levels to keep service seamless. Flags cleanliness issues, guest concerns, or supply shortages to management promptly. Contributes to a floor environment where every team member is set up to succeed.
• Customer Focus: You understand that every delivery and every clean bay is part of someone’s experience, and you treat it that way. Holds themselves accountable for delivery speed, bay cleanliness, and beverage quality on every shift. Anticipates what the floor will need before things run low or fall behind — and acts without being asked. Always looking for ways to improve the speed and quality of floor support — and acts on it.
• Drives Results: You keep the floor moving every shift because the team and the guests depend on you showing up ready. Holds themselves to high standards for delivery speed, bay cleanliness, and beverage station readiness every shift. Moves with urgency and personal ownership to make sure nothing falls behind during service. Notices when a bay needs attention or a delivery is falling behind — and fixes it without being asked. Takes pride in a kitchen that runs well, looks clean, and puts out great food consistently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly so hot food stays hot, cold food stays cold, and everything arrives fresh and appetizing.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages according to Topgolf’s brand recipe standards at the beverage station.
• Greet every guest you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner, making them feel welcomed and cared for.
• Rotate between beverage station and floor support as needed — flexibility is key to this role.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize bays and tables promptly between and during guest visits.
• Bus dishes, utensils, and food service vessels and return them to the appropriate dishwashing area.
• Keep beverage stations, common areas, and service areas clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked to designated par levels.
• Arrange table settings and ensure the venue always looks its best for incoming guests.
• Support Bay Hosts and the broader floor team in whatever way is needed to keep service running smoothly.
• Observe all responsible alcohol service guidelines to protect guests and the community.
• Ensure guest safety while they play and flag any concerns to the management team immediately.
