• Delivering food (food runner)
• Bring dishes from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
• Ensure plates match the order and presentation standards
• Communicate with kitchen staff and servers about orders
• Clearing and resetting tables (busser)
• Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly
• Wipe down tables and sanitize surfaces
• Reset tables with clean silverware, napkins, and glassware
• Supporting servers
• Refill water, bread, or beverages
• Assist with guest requests when needed
• Help maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Maintaining cleanliness
