Remote: Bidfast Specialist/Customer Service
About The Position
The Bidfast Specialist is responsible for identifying and purchasing salvage on behalf of IAA. The primary emphasis is on the provision of competitive bids on salvage which also maximize IAA’s chances of selling the vehicle at auction for a profit. The Bidfast Specialist is responsible for identifying and purchasing salvage on behalf of IAA and verifying correct title documents for sale. Functions as a mentor to newer CSR’s and able to assist and resolve escalated customer service situations. Will perform management duties when the Supervisor or Manager is not available. Works closely with provider management to resolve any disputes.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States.
- Must adhere to a PST work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and purchasing salvage on behalf of IAA.
- Providing competitive bids on salvage to maximize IAA’s chances of selling the vehicle at auction for a profit.
- Verifying correct title documents for sale.
- Mentoring newer CSR’s.
- Assisting and resolving escalated customer service situations.
- Performing management duties when the Supervisor or Manager is not available.
- Working closely with provider management to resolve any disputes.
