As an Account Manager, you will own client tasks including campaign planning, setup, reporting, and measurement from start to finish. Requirements

  • Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience.
  • A clear passion for digital marketing.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Social, Programmatic, or Search.
  • Experience managing both Brand and Performance campaigns is a huge plus.
  • Enjoys leadership responsibility and has a proven track record.
  • Ability to simplify complex and technical concepts.
  • A mathematical and analytical mind.
  • Able to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in client expectation management roles and situations, able to manage and direct client expectations.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering day-to-day implementation of Social, or Search campaigns across key clients within the channel team.
  • Overseeing project planning and budget management for accounts you manage.
  • Learning about client businesses, industries, and their marketing plans to provide strategic guidance on digital media.
  • Aligning media strategies with client business and marketing goals.
  • Understanding client performance needs, creating performance forecasts, and proactively running client planning sessions.
  • Ensuring client accounts adhere to Social, Search, Programmatic, and Display best practices and monitoring hygiene factors.
  • Staying informed on the latest developments in the space and ensuring clients are up-to-date.
  • Playing an active role in defining best practice and scalable processes.
  • Assuming responsibility for day-to-day client budget management.
  • Advocating the client’s search and social strategy and supporting team members.
  • Providing campaign reporting and measurement of campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensuring client reports are delivered on-time and accurately.
  • Completing ad hoc reports or duties as required.
  • Supporting team members to ensure campaign and operational delivery against client and internal KPIs.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to maintain a best-in-class product offering across paid search and social management.
  • Leading the development of best practices and processes; building institutional knowledge of key functions.
  • Building relationships with Croud global teams, understanding best practices, processes, and ways of working, and implementing them in the US.
  • Establishing outstanding client service and communications.
  • Serving as the first level of issue escalation for clients in managed channels.
  • Delivering exceptional and timely project management, communicated with the client.
  • Developing case studies in the form of Test and Learn pieces on a regular basis.
  • Supporting business development by contributing to pitches and cross-selling Croud products to existing clients.
