About The Position

The Bid Coordinator supports quote package development by entering and accessing data in the Oasis ERP software databases to expedite the quoting process. A day in the life of a Bid Coordinator may include preparing bid documentation, researching to obtain further information for incomplete documents, assigning incoming bid requests to the appropriate Quotation Analyst based on pre-determined criteria, maintaining the online bid board with accuracy and timeliness, assisting with job submittal organization, producing daily and weekly quote reports for the sales and quotes teams, providing a required monthly quote report to our contact at Philips, professionally communicating with internal and external parties as needed with a focus on excellent customer service and a sense of urgency when needed, performing miscellaneous administrative duties such as attending meetings, preparing notes, maintaining orderly customer job files and customer database, etc., and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities or inaccuracies, and if possible, checking output. Everyone is expected to step up and help when needed, so you can plan on performing other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize simultaneous assignments with accuracy and efficiency

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative duties
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Oasis

Responsibilities
