About The Position

We are seeking a skilled BI Analytics Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards and reports, translating business requirements into scalable data models, and implementing complex business logic. You will work with tools like Power BI or Tableau, write advanced SQL queries, and utilize cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake. Collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, and QA teams is essential, as is supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintaining existing BI solutions.

Requirements

Strong experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
Advanced proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, performance tuning)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms
Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices
Experience with Excel (advanced functions) and VBA
Ability to implement complex business logic in reporting tools
Experience working in Asset Management / Financial Services domain
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction
Ability to work in Agile / fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

Basic familiarity with dbt (data build tool)

Responsibilities

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau

Implement and validate complex business logic within reporting layers
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
Work with Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses) for data sourcing
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect resolution and enhancements
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and QA teams
Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions for performance and usability
