We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization The Behavioral Health Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the daily management and clinical oversite of the Designated Crisis Responder program, including oversite of administrative and clinical staff. This position ensures the effectiveness of the program in alignment with established policies and procedures and WAC requirements. Key duties include supervising staff, coordinating crisis services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining contractual efficiency. The PM coordinates with the Behavioral Health Regional Director regarding administrative and clinical management procedures relating to clients, and performs additional administrative duties as outlined by Behavioral Health Regional Director or Chief Behavioral Health Officer.
