About The Position

This role involves supervising and directing the day-to-day operations of casino bars, lounges, beverage stations, and assigned beverage venues. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining exceptional guest service standards, leading by example through active floor presence, and ensuring all team members deliver a world-class guest experience. Key duties include conducting pre-shift meetings, monitoring beverage quality and presentation, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service laws and company policies. The position also focuses on team leadership and development, beverage program and inventory management, financial accountability, compliance and safety, communication and collaboration, and ensuring operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends.
  • Ability to supervise, coach, develop, and motivate bartenders, beverage servers, and support staff.

  • Ability to control beverage costs through proper portioning, waste reduction, and inventory management practices.
  • Ability to ensure all products are rotated, stored, and handled according to company and regulatory standards.
