About The Position

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Beverage Supervisor for Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. The role is suited to an experienced hospitality professional seeking career growth and varied opportunities. Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack has more than 1,500 video gaming machines, live thoroughbred racing from April to November, year-round simulcast wagering, and multiple dining options, including a large buffet.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading and managing a team.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales.
• Research and implement new beverage products to elevate guest service and satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities.
• Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting.
