About The Position

As a Beverage Server for Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our guests while providing exceptional service. Your bartending skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall experience for our guests. You will create a fun-filled, entertaining environment, greet guests with fast, friendly service, incorporating a stage persona. You will ensure guest satisfaction, drink quality, and cleanliness. You will have knowledge of drinks, ingredients, and prices. You will take orders, serve drinks, explain preparation methods, and inform guests of specials. You will check guest identification and manage excessive drinking responsibly. You will write orders and handle payments. You will maintain personal health and sanitation standards. You will review procedures to improve service, performance, and safety.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years of age.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Incorporate a stage personality while serving guests.
Possess knowledge of guest services and communication skills.
Ability to read, write, understand orders, handle cash, and use computers.
Employee appearance is a bona fide occupational qualification necessary to ensure that employees maintain the entertainment theme of the casino. Uniforms will consist of a costume, and employees must conform to an appearance conducive to that costume, enforced equally for males and females.
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
Stand and walk during shifts, perform physical tasks, and work in a restaurant/bar/casino environment.
Moderate to high noise levels, exposure to smoke, and limited physical risk.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Stand and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.
Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
