About The Position

Under the direction of the Beverage Shift Supervisor, the Beverage Server is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders for beverages and serving them to guests in lounges or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, while circulating throughout assigned areas on a continuous basis. Foxwoods Resort Casino is committed to providing our guests an "Extraordinary" Guest Service experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• A minimum of one (1) year experience in high-volume beverage service operation required
• Must possess an extensive understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and garnishes glassware and beverage service techniques
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 35lbs. multiple times per day
• Must be able to push a cart weighing up to 100lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Experience in gaming industry preferred
• Tips or Smart certification is preferred
