About The Position
The Beverage Server/Cocktail Waitress provides an exceptional guest experience in the casino and other areas of the resort property. The role involves greeting customers, taking and delivering beverage orders, and completing payment transactions. The server maintains a cheerful, courteous disposition and professional image, accurately enters beverage orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system, delivers prepared drinks to the appropriate guests, and circulates through the assigned work area to check guest satisfaction and take additional orders.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Knowledge of bar setups, products, and equipment to expedite guest service.
- One year of experience serving in an upscale, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly upon arrival while maintaining a cheerful, courteous disposition and professional image.
- Take beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system to ensure precise preparation.
- Deliver prepared drinks to the appropriate guests.
- Complete payment transactions.
- Frequently circulate through the assigned work area to check guest satisfaction and take additional orders.
