About The Position

The Beverage Server greets and serves beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. The role involves circulating continuously throughout an assigned work station, taking and delivering beverage orders, and coordinating orders with bartenders. The server also calculates charges, accepts payment, maintains an accurate bank, and provides complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to walk for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve beverages in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
• Circulate continuously throughout the assigned work station, greet guests, take beverage orders, and deliver beverages.
• Carry and balance a full tray of beverages.
• Receive and understand beverage orders and relay drink orders to bartenders.
• Compute order charges and accept payment.
• Maintain an accurate bank at all times.
• Provide complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy.
