About The Position

As a Team Member of the Food and Beverage team, the Beverage Server is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership, ensuring all actions taken are in the best interest of the business. The Beverage Server is responsible for providing exceptional drink service to Guests in a courteous, responsible, and professional manner during daily floor operations, including special events. The Beverage Server is involved in understanding and promoting the beverage menu, ensuring accuracy in order taking, and maintaining a clean and organized work atmosphere.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
1+ years of work experience in a high-volume beverage setting.
Have basic math skills.
Ability to take and process orders using tablets.
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Must have a strong understanding of cocktails, liquors, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills.
Actively utilize problem-solving and critical thinking.
Work independently; maintain a high level of performance.
Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards.
Demonstrate a flock mentality, focused on teamwork and collaboration with others.
Provide exceptional service to internal and external Guests while leveraging the knowledge of the position and the business, ensuring a clucktastic experience for all.
Stay engaged and motivated with the business, department, and all Team Members at all levels while encouraging growth and development of self and others.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of serving experience.
Cash handling experience.
Possess or be able to complete RBS training and certification for alcohol service.
Bilingual is a plus.
Additional industry certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
Promote the Players Club loyalty program to Guests.
Take beverage orders from Guests and, through the tablet, communicate orders properly to the service bar.
Promptly deliver all beverages to appropriate gaming machines or tables and assigned work areas.
Manage the assigned sections and tasks in an efficient and proactive manner.
Monitor and anticipate Guests’ needs, refill beverages, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including beverage stations, tables, and service areas.
Upsell and recommend additional beverage items to enhance the Guests’ experience.
Recognize and acknowledge when Guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated.
Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure overall Guest satisfaction.
Anticipate Guests' needs and provide personalized attention throughout their CRCR experience.
Comply with the Department of Health and business sanitation standards.
Other Duties as assigned.
