About The Position
The Beverage Server position at Niagara Casinos involves taking and serving guest beverage orders in a timely manner within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires providing remarkable service by recognizing and anticipating guest needs, working collaboratively as part of a team, and maintaining a clean floor section. Requirements
- Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in Food & Beverage
- Smart Serve Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
Responsibilities
- Taking and serving guest beverage orders in a timely manner in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs
- Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
- Carrying a drink tray throughout your shift
- Maintaining a clean floor section and ensuring areas are free of glassware
- Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
