About The Position

We are seeking a Beverage Server who understands that every guest interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting impression. Through strong product knowledge, attention to detail and genuine hospitality, the Beverage Server enhances the guest experience, supports the flow of service and contributes to an environment where guests feel welcomed, cared for and eager to return.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred
Luxury or upscale service experience preferred
Experience with POS systems preferred
Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
Strong communication, multitasking and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of restaurant point of sale systems.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push and pull up to 25+ pounds.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of positive and professional interaction with guests, team members and leadership.
Provide attentive and timely beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
Greet guests promptly, take beverage orders and offer knowledgeable recommendations.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure accuracy of orders and proper delivery to guests in bar, lounge or dining areas.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, bar areas and guest facing spaces.
Assist with setting up and breaking down bar and service areas before and after shifts.
Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.
Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
Maintain knowledge of current beverage menus, specials and promotions.
Follow all safety, sanitation and alcohol compliance standards.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client and guest information.
Other duties as assigned are consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property.
