About The Position

This role involves serving beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include interacting with guests, maintaining beverage areas, and ensuring adherence to all casino policies and procedures. The position requires flexibility, reliability, and strong guest service skills.

Requirements

• Adjust to a flexible schedule and be reliable.
• Must be available 24/7.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Required to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be 18 at time of hire.
• Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
• Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
• You must be able to pass a drug screen with negative results (non-safety sensitive positions will not be tested for cannabis).

• Employees are expected to know existing Wind River Hotel & Casino policies and know to refer to those policies when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Walk the floor, asking customers if they would like a beverage.
• Greet customers.
• Stock Beverage areas.
• Clean Beverage areas and sanitize.
• Handle Situations in Accordance with all Casino Handbooks and Procedures.
• Utilize and Emphasize Chain of Command.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs.
• All other duties as assigned.
