About The Position

The Beverage Server Swing Shift plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for serving a variety of beverages to guests, ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and providing excellent service.
• The ability to multitask is crucial, as Beverage Servers must manage multiple orders and customer requests simultaneously.
• Attention to detail is important for accurately processing orders and ensuring the quality of beverages served.
• Customer service skills will be utilized daily to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any guest concerns.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques will enhance the server's ability to make recommendations and provide a memorable experience for guests.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Certification in responsible beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and serving stations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
