About The Position

This is a part-time position for a Beverage Server at Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort. The role involves providing beverage service to casino guests, preparing drinks, handling transactions, and promoting casino events. The server must adhere to company policies, liquor laws, and maintain a clean and stocked workstation. The working environment may involve exposure to noise, smoke, and odors, and requires working both independently and with others.

Requirements

Must report to work at the assigned time in uniform, with name tag, state badge and P.O.S Computer card.
Must read Bulletin Board on Daily Basis.
Must perform Daily Opening & Closing Requisition for ordering for beverage supplies.
Must welcome guest upon arrival in a polite and professional manner.
Must know how to properly check Guest ID’s for serving of all alcoholic beverages.
Must prepare non-alcoholic beverages and garnish each beverage according to standard recipe.
Must provide fast (10 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and carry full trays on every round.
Must take drink orders, communicate with bartender, assist in the preparation of drinks and present drinks to guests.
Must maintain clean and stocked workstation.
Must handle money according to proper cash handling policy.
Must monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines.
Must promote all casino events, programs and amenities.
Must work well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor.
Must provide personalized service and use guest name.
Must resolve service problems according to guidelines.
Must have knowledge of liquor law of state and company policies.

Responsibilities
