About The Position
This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you are empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Requirements
- Have complete knowledge of all cocktails, wines and beers served by Station Casinos, as well as proper glassware, pricing and garnishes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.
Responsibilities
- Continuously observing and anticipating guests' needs in order to fill any and all guest requests/opportunities. Having extensive knowledge of available beverage offerings
- Utilizing POS and automated cocktail production technology to fill guest beverage needs
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked service station including but not limited to all glassware, condiments, coffee and dry goods.
- Complying with all slot, cash and comp charging procedures. Knowledge of all cocktail and beverage pricing.
