The Beverage Porter is expected to deliver service with a personal touch and delight guests whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.

Requirements

• Ability to push or pull a cart and/or operate a pallet jack with or without assistance
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and reach to a height of 6 feet with or without assistance
• Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of glass washer, ice machine, margarita machine, pouring guns and holders, and drip trays
• Cleaning all coolers, as well as the back bar, front bar surfaces, and display areas
• Cleaning and wiping all display bottles, Point of Sale displays and any other items on surfaces in view of the internal or external guest
• Maintaining cleanliness of the stock in the pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, ensuring that area is well stocked and notify manager when orders must be placed
• Maintaining a well-stocked bar including condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice and other related products
