Able to obtain all necessary work cards

Comprehensive beverage knowledge, which includes profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control and purchasing
Able to manage time effectively with minimum supervision
Able to handle a flexible work schedule

Responsibilities

Analyze and recognize deficiencies or problem areas and provide corrective material, financial and personnel resources to accomplish desired results.
Work in conjunction with surveillance to stop theft.
Be knowledgeable in inventory control and maintain cost of goods sheets for outlets and perpetual inventories.
Be responsible for auditing invoices, transfer sheets and daily cost controls.
Audit price points in beverage matrix and match to Infogenesis.
Audit all Infogenesis beverage screens for accuracy.
Monitor all beverage books and point of sales for accuracy.
Understand and utilize all management tools with the department team to achieve all budgetary, quality control, service standards and financial goals in the daily operation of the Beverage Department.
Communicate activities to the Vice President of Food and Beverage.
Attend all meetings deemed necessary by the Executive Group, and the Vice President of Food and Beverage.
Contribute information for daily “huddles” for all properties.
