About The Position

This is a part-time position at Indigo Sky Casino in Wyandotte, OK. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, delivering drinks, managing payments, and maintaining the bar area. The server/bartender will operate a POS system, mix and serve drinks and/or food, and handle customer interactions professionally.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Customer service experience.
Beverage and bartending skills.
Basic math skills.
Above average oral communication skills.
Excellent customer service.
Problem solving capability.
High capacity for learning.
Ability to operate POS system.
Ability to mix and serve drinks and/or food.
Ability to keep accurate records of tabs.
Ability to pour drinks quickly according to beverage guidelines.
Ability to maintain the bar area to keep it clean.
Ability to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
Ability to obtain an Oklahoma liquor license.
Hand eye coordination.
Visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints relating to operations.
Able to carry trays with beverage or food items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, change kegs, and restock liquor and glassware.
Complaint resolution skills.
Observant.
Able to accept criticism.
Great attitude.
Very good customer service to be able to adapt to different personalities.
Multitasked.
Able to handle beverage mixing equipment.
Able to quickly and accurately count back change to a customer.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Deliver drinks to customers in a professional manner.
Be well-organized.
Consistently circulate in assigned area to ensure guests receive requested beverages.
Read and check customer identification to confirm they are of legal drinking age.
Receive money and/or credit cards and operate a credit card machine and cash register.
Keep casino floor area clear of glasses and bottles.
Professionally refuse to serve customers who appear to be intoxicated.
Wear required uniforms and follow all company policies and procedures.
Operate POS system and mix and serve drinks and/or food while serving as a bartender.
Keep accurate records of tabs and collect the proper amount when guest has finished.
Pour drinks quickly according to beverage guidelines.
Maintain the bar area to keep it clean.
