About The Position

Pine State Beverage, a family-owned beverage distribution company, is seeking a Merchandiser to enhance the appearance of its beverage portfolio through innovative point-of-sale displays on sales floors while maintaining customer service levels at accounts throughout an assigned route. The role serves accounts in Biddeford, Kennebunk, Saco, Wells, and York. The ideal candidate can work independently, has a strong work ethic, and is enthusiastic about the beverage industry.

Requirements

• Valid Maine driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed, including weekends.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and rotate product daily, including lifting, carrying, and positioning objects weighing up to 25 pounds using proper body mechanics.
• Time-management skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to follow safety and customer service guidelines established at each account.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and climb continuously within customer accounts.
• Ability to push and pull U-boats of product.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the appearance of the Pine State Beverage portfolio using innovative point-of-sale materials on sales floors.
• Maintain customer service levels at accounts throughout the assigned route.
• Stock shelves by moving product from store back rooms into aisles or coolers using U-boats.
• Travel to customer accounts within the assigned territory.
