Job Overview Serves as the primary support resource for all manufacturing processes within the department. Accountable for all aspects of daily performance in the Packaging area, including worker safety, product quality, and meeting production targets. Coordinates the team’s efforts and works directly with operators to minimize process downtime, identify opportunities for improvement, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may immediately impact performance. Develops, motivates, and clearly communicates expectations to all team members in the department.
