Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years of experience in manufacturing or packaging operations
Previous leadership or lead experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and production systems (MIS preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead packaging operations for the entire shift to ensure production goals are met
Plan staffing, assign work, and coordinate daily production activities
Monitor workflow, quality, and performance to maintain operational standards
Troubleshoot production issues and escalate as needed to minimize downtime
Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance
Maintain accurate production records and communicate shift updates
