The PM Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the restaurant and lounge as well as overseeing evening events. This role requires directing, implementing, and maintaining a service and management philosophy that guides staff, emphasizing quality customer service. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
