About The Position

The Beverage Manager leads the restaurant’s beverage program and supports the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, fostering employee engagement, and achieving financial success. The role provides strategic and operational leadership, oversees daily activities, and ensures high standards of service and operational excellence. The Beverage Manager is accountable for beverage-program performance targets, maintains compliance with company standards, assists in achieving performance goals, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also oversees the hiring, training, and development of management and hourly team members.

Amada provides hands-on leadership training, with managers working alongside culinary and service professionals to gain operational experience and develop leadership skills.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of operations management experience.
• Superior leadership, management, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional operational performance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
