As a Beverage Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service, creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest. With a focus on both team support and operational excellence, you’ll oversee the dining floor during peak periods, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Train and supervise associates, upholding food and beverage standards to consistently deliver exceptional service.
Ensure that dining areas meet stringent cleanliness and sanitation standards, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
Oversee alcohol service, ensuring team adherence to local laws, and provide TIPS certification training to associates.
Manage beverage purchasing and inventory while implementing cost control procedures to optimize efficiency.
Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and respond to feedback promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
