About The Position
Pirates Voyage is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to join our Beverage/Food Runner Team. This role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service while creating a fun and memorable experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- TIPS Certification required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Previous food and beverage experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and beverage service to all guests
- Create a positive, interactive, and energetic guest experience
- Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow all company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Maintain professional relationships with guests and coworkers
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
