About The Position
Boyd Gaming Corporation is a premier casino entertainment company in the United States, focused on maximizing value for shareholders, team members, and communities. The Beverage Custodian is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of bar areas, sorting and returning glassware to bars, replacing empty beer kegs, and delivering/placing bar stock.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and bend throughout shift.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the same or similar position preferred.
Responsibilities
- Sort and return glassware to proper bar.
- Replace empty beer kegs with full ones.
- Deliver and place bar stock in proper locations.
- Clean and polish coolers and fixtures in bar area.
- Empty garbage bins in bar area and transport to proper refuse bin.
- Sweep and mop floors in bar area.
- Clean floor mats.
