This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, including offices, production areas, and common spaces. Tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning equipment and surfaces (e.g., desks, machinery, fire extinguishers), restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, in assigned areas such as offices, hallways, restrooms, and production areas. Dust desks, clean offices and wipe down cubicles Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Maintain floors by stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed. Clean carpets using vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaning equipment. Ensure that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked in assigned areas. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and other tools, in a safe and efficient manner. Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, changing filters, and making minor repairs to fixtures. Assist with setting up and cleaning up for special events or meetings. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to cleaning and chemical handling. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage rooms and closets. Clean or wipe down fire extinguishers and all relevant surfaces. Report any needed repairs or maintenance issues to Office Manager Cross-train on multiple types of equipment Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management Qualifications and Skills: Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to follow instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing cleaning tasks Knowledge of safety procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Minimum Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $20.04. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
